GROW CONFERENCE

Happening October 2nd through the 3rd, Grow Conference is a statewide KidMin leader event that brings children’s pastors, volunteers, and ministry teams together for two days of encouragement and practical training. Throughout the conference you will experience worship, breakout sessions, resources designed for real ministry challenges, and opportunities to connect with leaders from across Arizona. We believe healthy leaders build healthy ministries and our desire is to help you grow in every season of leadership.

Friday night is all about recharging and building real connections. Expect powerful worship, a short message, and a relaxed, fun atmosphere designed to help you and your team bond—with each other and leaders from all over.

Saturday kicks into high gear with worship, a motivating word from Anna Larsen, our Arizona Kids Director, and breakout sessions tailored to what you care about most in ministry. Everything from keeping students engaged to fundraising to safety to leading alter moments. Saturday is all about equipping and encouraging pastors and leaders to make an impact through your local church.
